Tickets can be created not only by publishers but also by the Admitad Affiliate employees. They usually create tickets in the following cases:

  • You have provided incorrect payment details while adding a payment method.
    In this case, you will receive a ticket of the following content:

    I have received a notification about a new ticket, although I didn't create any tickets 1

    Correct the data and save the payment method.

  • You have violated the program rules.
    A ticket will be created to inform you about the violation. A support manager will demand to rectify the violation or notify you that you have been disconnected from the program and your actions have been rejected.

  • Questions about the traffic.
    Such tickets are created, if your traffic volume has dropped dramatically, or if Admitad Affiliate managers have questions concerning your traffic sources and ad spaces.

  • Offers of cooperation or individual terms.
    If you have good indicators and obey the rules, do not be surprised when you receive tickets from program managers with offers to join their programs, or to get an increased rate for driving more traffic to the program website :)
