2. Fill out the form that opens:
- Enter your name.
- Enter your email address. The support team will send a response to the address you specify.
- Describe your problem or ask your question in the How can we help you? field.
- If necessary, attach screenshots and/or files.
3. Click Send.
Your request will be sent to the support desk.
Support agents respond within 24 hours on business days (Mon-Fri).
