If in the section Balance history (Menu → Payments → Balance history) you see a record of debiting funds from your account with the following comment:
- "AliExpress WW affiliate program. Antispam deduction.", or
- "AliExpress RU&CIS affiliate program. Antispam deduction.",
this means AliExpress deducted the reward for the orders in which the advertiser identified program rules violations.
Why funds are deducted
As per the rules of AliExpress programs, the advertiser does not pay for the orders in which fraud was identified, which were returned, or for which a dispute was initiated. To identify such violations, all orders under AliExpress programs are checked by special algorithms of the AliExpress’ antispam team.
With that, a violation in an order — fraud, return, or an opened dispute — may be identified after the action was confirmed by Admitad Affiliate. In such a case, the reward will be credited to your account. Then, AliExpress is entitled to charge from your account the amount equal to the amount of the reward credited for the order for which a violation was identified.
Why AliExpress does not inspect orders before crediting the reward
All AliExpress programs use automatic verification.
This means that actions on the AliExpress programs are confirmed in Admitad Affiliate right after the user clicks the Confirm order received button in their AliExpress account on the site or in the app.
Automatic verification helps publishers get their rewards faster, but when it’s enabled, orders cannot be checked for violations before they are confirmed on Admitad Affiliate’s side.
Can a publisher dispute charging funds from the balance?
You can ask Admitad Affiliate managers to send you the specification of orders rewards for which AliExpress deducted from your balance.
If the funds have not been charged, you can file an appeal claim and dispute the violations identified by the AliExpress antispam team.
How to learn about violations for orders before funds are actually debited from the balance
You can ask Admitad Affiliate managers to send you the list of orders for which violations have been identified but rewards have not been charged back.
In your request, write as follows: Please send me the list of my orders that got in the antispam notification for AliExpress WW / AliExpress RU&CIS.
- If your account level is AD0 or AD1, send the request through Admitad support.
- If your account level is AD2, you can send your request through a client services manager.
The Admitad Affiliate manager will request information from AliExpress. If any violations were identified for your orders, AliExpress will send the list of such orders, and the Admitad Affiliate manager will send them to you.
You can file an appeal claim regarding the orders from that list within 5 days after receiving it.
How to file an appeal for orders with violations if the funds for them have not been charged back yet
Within 5 days after the Admitad Affiliate manager sent you the list of orders with violations, provide, in English, the following information in a message to the manager or through request to Admitad support:
|1. Pub ID and Sub pub ID (if exists).||Specify your Admitad Affiliate account ID.

|2. Promotion type||Describe the type of traffic you drive. If you handle several types of traffic, specify all that are allowed in the program.|

Admitad Affiliate managers will forward your appeal claim to the advertiser. Once AliExpress makes a decision on your claim, Admitad Affiliate managers will forward it to you.
