1. To contact support, go to your Takeads account and click Begin chat in the bottom right-hand corner.
2. Fill out the form:
- Enter your name.
- Enter your email address. The support team will send a response to the address you specify.
- Describe your problem or ask your question in the Message field.
3. Click Send message.
Your request will be sent to the support desk.
Support agents respond within 24 hours on business days (Mon-Fri).
